Description: VAY-zer” Flowing through the heart of Bremen before reaching the North Sea, the Weser has carried merchants, travelers, and brewers through the city for centuries. Bremen was also the birthplace of legendary brewer Karl Strauss, whose journey to America would eventually help shape San Diego’s modern brewing culture. Paying homage to that legacy, Weser is an American Amber Lager layered with toasted malt, bread crust, and light caramel, balanced by the clean character of Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Crisp lager fermentation and a dry finish keep the malt richness in check, creating a beer that bridges German brewing tradition with the distinctly American beer culture it helped inspire.
