Description: Brewed in collaboration with longtime friends at Pizza Port.  "MYTH-oh-sore"- a legendary creature from the ancient days of Mandalore, has long been a symbol of power, strength, and the unyielding spirit of the Mandalorians. Thought to have roamed the deserts and plains of the planet Mandalore, the Mythosaur was said to be so mighty that its skull became the symbol of the Mandalorian people. The last of its kind is believed to have perished deep within the Mines of Mandalore, where it is said to reside in the living waters of the underground rivers, its presence still felt by those who dare to venture too close.

Mythosaur returns as a West Coast Pilsner — crisp, clean, and deceptively expressive. Notes of citrus, stone fruit, and pineapple rise from a light, crackery malt base, while a firm, snappy bitterness keeps the finish sharp and refreshing. Modern hop character brings a subtle edge of pine and tropical lift, creating a beer that is both easy-drinking and full of depth — a legend reborn, lighter in form but no less enduring.
