Though the skies cleared, legend holds that the serpent still coils in the lake’s darkest depths—its presence felt in the way the winds shift or ripples form with no boat in sight. “seh-BAY-go” pours thick with haze and bursts with tropical intensity—like a storm breaking over warm water. Saturated notes of mango, pineapple, and candied citrus peel ride over a pillowy-soft mouthfeel. The finish is bold yet smooth, with a flicker of resin and depth that lingers like a half-remembered dream.
