Wanaka - DDH wc IPA | ABV: 7.3%

Legend of: Lake Wanaka - Otago, South Island, New Zealand.

Nestled at the foot of the Southern Alps, Lake Wānaka takes its name from the Māori word for “sacred knowledge.” According to legend, the great chief Matau rests within the waters, his curved form shaping the lake’s Roy’s Bay. The lake is a place of guardianship and wisdom, where clarity and depth converge. Much like its namesake, this IPA reveals hidden layers — crisp, bright, and endlessly compelling.

“WAH-nuh-kuh” A radiant meeting of hemispheres, Wanaka fuses the tropical punch of Nectaron and Krush Cryo with the resinous snap of Simcoe. Waves of pineapple, peach, and citrus ride over a crisp, snappy bitterness, while subtle pine lends depth and balance. Smooth yet electric, this West Coast IPA mirrors its namesake lake — luminous, layered, and unforgettable.

Tastes Like -Topical fruit, stone fruit, pine, snappy bitterness.
