Join us at Michi Brew Co. for a hands-on sushi-making class with Tim’s Sushi Class San Diego. You’ll learn how to roll sushi, make nigiri, and enjoy a fun, relaxed evening with great food, good company, and Michi brews.

This class is beginner-friendly and built for anyone who wants to learn something new, hang out, and enjoy sushi in a casual brewery setting. Come ready to learn, create, eat, and have fun.

1 Spicy Tuna Roll — 8 pieces
1 Salmon Roll — 6 pieces
1 Yellowtail Hand Roll
4 Pieces Chef’s Choice Nigiri

What You’ll Learn

During the class, guests will get hands-on instruction and learn how to:

  • Make sushi rolls

  • Make nigiri

  • Build hand rolls

  • Work with sushi ingredients

  • Build confidence with simple sushi techniques

About Tim’s Sushi

With over 25 Years experience as a sushi chef and instructor Tim is one of the most highly trained Sushi chefs in San Diego County. Starting his career in the late 90’s under the tutelage of legendary Chef and former Hiyama owner Masa, Tim quickly became head chef. As his career progressed he helped open numerous Sushi restaurants and trained many great sushi chefs. Now Tim wants to share his expertise and extensive knowledge with you. In Tim’s class you will learn the basics and some great sushi making techniques in a fun and relaxed environment.
