Legend of: Yucatán Peninsula

"seh-NOH-teh" is our take on the classic Mexican lager—clean, bright, and thirst-quenching with a perfect balance of flavors. Inspired by the cenotes of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, this lager reflects the region’s natural beauty and its connection to water. These freshwater wells, carved deep into the earth, were central to Maya life, believed to be portals to the spiritual world, and continue to be places of cultural and historical importance. Brewed with a blend of Motueka and Bru-1 hops, Cenote opens with vibrant citrus, followed by a tortilla chip-like malt character and a touch of minerality, and finishing with a smidge of bitterness. Meticulously crafted with an icy-cold knockout, fermentation, and lagering process, Cenote emerges dangerously crisp and as pure as the waters of a cenote.
