Local lore speaks of an ancient battle between nature’s spirits, which plunged the lake into a perpetual, shadowy state. It is said that the spirits of those lost in the battle still haunt the lake’s depths, their presence felt by those who venture too close. Chelan, our West Coast IPA, is as captivating and enigmatic as its namesake. Brewed with Strata, Mosaic Cryo, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic Hyperboost, this IPA releases bold waves of grapefruit, pine, and citrus zest, with a hint of blueberry smoothie. That signature west-coast resinous flavor adds complexity, while the lingering bitterness—perfectly balanced and ever-present—mimics the spirit of the lake itself.
